  • 4 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
