- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- In a glass or bowl, place a layer of Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a sprinkle of granola.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
