Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
