Quick and easy rolls made with tortillas, sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Lay one tortilla flat. Spread about two tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle about one-fourth cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add pepperoni if using.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting from one edge.
- Brush the outside of the roll lightly with olive oil.
- Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is lightly golden brown.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch thick pieces before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute mozzarella with provolone or a blend of Italian cheeses.
- Use thinly sliced vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for added flavor.
- Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
