Description
Quick recipe for tender steak bites coated in a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in dried parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- Serve immediately over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
- You can substitute sirloin with ribeye or filet mignon.
