A comforting and flavorful pasta dish with spicy Cajun sausage.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound Cajun sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the Cajun sausage over medium-high heat. Remove sausage and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the sausage to the skillet.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve immediately.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
