Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage layer.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let the bake rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
