- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- Ingredients required by cake mix box (eggs, oil, water)
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tub chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake batter according to the box directions.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels and chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake according to the cake mix box directions for a 9×13 pan.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Frost the cooled cake with the chocolate frosting.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate.
- You can reserve a few pretzel pieces to sprinkle on top of the frosting before serving.
