- 1.5 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place steak cubes in a large bowl.
- Pour melted butter over the steak and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the steak and toss again until evenly coated.
- Cook the steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the beef broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove the lid, sprinkle the cheese and bacon over the steak.
- Cover briefly until the cheese melts, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use a different cut of steak, such as ribeye or filet mignon.
- Adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness.
- For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder with the ranch seasoning.
