Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to overhang the sides.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, flour, ground Earl Grey tea leaves, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
