Description

A quick recipe for preparing basic Korean instant ramen noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Korean instant ramen noodles (with seasoning packet)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and the contents of the seasoning packet to the boiling water.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
  4. Pour the contents into a bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add a raw egg during the last minute of cooking for extra protein.
  • A slice of American cheese melts well on top for a creamy texture.
