Description

Quick recipe for crispy, low-carb cheese chips made from baked mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese with garlic powder and salt.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool.
  6. Carefully peel the chips off the parchment paper.

Notes
