- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and buffalo sauce.
- Dip each cauliflower floret first into the milk mixture, then dredge it in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While the cauliflower bakes, melt the butter.
- Once baked, toss the cauliflower bites with the melted butter.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
