A recipe for sweet and spicy glazed chicken.

- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush half of the glaze mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your preferred spice level.
- This chicken pairs well with rice or a green salad.
