Description

A recipe for sweet and spicy glazed chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  4. Rub the chicken with olive oil.
  5. Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush half of the glaze mixture over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  9. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • You can adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your preferred spice level.
