Description
Quick and flavorful pan-seared steak bites coated in garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet.
- Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
- Stir in the dried parsley.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss them gently to coat them completely in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 1 minute more until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use other cuts of steak like ribeye or filet mignon.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce with the butter.
