- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles. Do not overmix.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter in the dish.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or vanilla wafers for dipping.
Notes
- You can use any brand of white cake mix.
- Chill the dip for at least one hour before serving for a firmer texture.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
