Description
Small, no-bake cheesecake bites flavored with cotton candy, coated in a sweet shell.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
- 1/4 cup pink candy melts
- 2 tablespoons blue candy melts
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a mini muffin tin to form a crust.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Remove cheesecake bites from the tin and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package directions.
- Dip each cheesecake bomb into the melted white chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off.
- Melt the pink and blue candy melts separately.
- Drizzle the melted pink and blue candy over the white chocolate coating for decoration.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
Notes
- Use a toothpick or small skewer to dip the cheesecake bombs for easier coating.
- If you do not have cotton candy flavoring, you can use a small amount of cotton candy itself, mixed into the cream cheese, but the flavor may be less intense.
