Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
