Description

A quick and easy sandwich featuring fresh bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 slice cheese (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the bread slices on a clean surface.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer the sliced bell pepper on one slice of bread.
  4. Season the peppers with salt and pepper.
  5. If using, place the cheese slice on top of the peppers.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half if desired.
