Description

Simple pancakes flavored with apple pie spices and diced apples.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
