- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn evenly with the chili-lime mixture.
- Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the oil mixture.
- You can also roast the corn in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
