- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Whisk the pistachio pudding mix and milk together in a medium bowl until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple, thawed whipped topping, miniature marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
- For a firmer texture, chill for 3 to 4 hours.
