A refreshing and colorful fruit salad perfect for your Memorial Day brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly.
- Prepare the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
- In a large bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.
- If using, whisk together honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute any of your favorite seasonal fruits.
- For a creamier salad, add a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream when serving.
