Ingredients

- 1 large egg yolk

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the egg yolk and whisk until combined.
- Gradually whisk in the lemon juice.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until the dressing is emulsified and thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- For a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon of water.
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
