Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft when squeezed.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a softer skin, wrap the potatoes loosely in aluminum foil before baking.
