Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- In a glass or bowl, place half of the Greek yogurt.
- Layer with half of the mixed berries.
- Sprinkle with half of the granola.
- Repeat the layers: remaining yogurt, remaining berries, and remaining granola.
- Drizzle with honey if you are using it.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute any fruit you prefer, such as sliced bananas or peaches.
- Use low-fat or non-fat yogurt to reduce fat content.
