Simple brownies made with strawberry cake mix.

- 1 box (15.25 ounces) strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- If using, stir in the white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For fudgier brownies, reduce the water to 1/3 cup.
- You can top the cooled brownies with a simple powdered sugar glaze.
