A simple recipe to recreate the popular Starbucks Strawberry Açaí Refresher with Coconut Milk.

- 1 cup Strawberry Açaí Base (or equal parts strawberry puree and white grape juice)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (canned, full-fat recommended)
- 1/4 cup Freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup Water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine the Strawberry Açaí Base, coconut milk, and water in a shaker or jar.
- Add ice cubes to the mixture.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled and slightly frothy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with freeze-dried strawberries before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, add 1 teaspoon of simple syrup before shaking.
- Use unsweetened coconut milk for a lower sugar content.
- If you do not have freeze-dried strawberries, use fresh sliced strawberries instead.
