A straightforward recipe for a cold pasta salad using spaghetti.

- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain the spaghetti and rinse immediately with cold water to stop cooking. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, Italian dressing, celery, red onion, black olives, and cherry tomatoes.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- You can add cooked, cubed ham or shredded mozzarella cheese for extra protein.
- Adjust the amount of Italian dressing based on your preference for moistness.
