Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. In a small, shallow dish, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
  6. Place the coated balls onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
