A sweet and creamy salad featuring grapes mixed with a light cream cheese dressing.

- 3 cups red seedless grapes
- 3 cups green seedless grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold the grapes into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the salad mixture into a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute pecans with walnuts or slivered almonds.
- For a lighter version, use light cream cheese and light sour cream.
