Description

A sweet and creamy salad featuring grapes mixed with a light cream cheese dressing.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups red seedless grapes
  • 3 cups green seedless grapes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the grapes into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the salad mixture into a serving dish.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute pecans with walnuts or slivered almonds.
