Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough evenly onto the prepared pizza pan, forming a crust shape.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Let the cookie cool completely on the pan.
- Spread the vanilla frosting evenly over the cooled cookie.
- Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles over the frosting before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the vanilla frosting with cream cheese frosting for a different flavor.
- For a richer taste, use half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate chips.
