Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over all surfaces of the turkey wings.
- Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier skin, you can briefly broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
