A simple and delicious pot roast recipe cooked on your Traeger grill.

- 1 (3-4 pound) chuck roast
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet dry au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your Traeger grill to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the chuck roast in a cast-iron Dutch oven or a foil pan.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
- Place the butter on top of the roast.
- Pour the beef broth around the roast.
- Cover the Dutch oven or foil pan tightly with foil or a lid.
- Place the Dutch oven or pan on the Traeger grill.
- Cook for 8-10 hours, or until the roast is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
- Shred the roast and serve with the pan juices.
Notes
- You can add chopped onions or carrots to the Dutch oven for extra flavor.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or your favorite side dishes.
