  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 pound filet mignon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. For the New York Strip: Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  2. For the Sirloin: Whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Marinate sirloin steak for at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. For the Flank Steak: Combine lime juice, honey, chili powder, and cumin. Marinate flank steak for at least 1 hour. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. For the Ribeye: Whisk together balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and rosemary. Brush onto ribeye steak during the last 5 minutes of grilling over medium-high heat. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
