Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the trimmed green beans on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the green beans with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic, if using.
- Toss the beans until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
