Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and gently toss to coat.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
