A light and flavorful pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a heartier salad, add grilled chicken or chickpeas.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your preference.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
