A quick and easy recipe for a crustless pizza bowl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage or pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
- Spoon half of the pizza sauce into the bottom of the prepared bowl.
- Layer half of the cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and olives over the sauce.
- Top with the remaining pizza sauce.
- Add the remaining cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and olives.
- Sprinkle the top evenly with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.
Notes
- You can substitute your favorite pizza toppings.
- For a lower-carb option, use cauliflower rice as a base layer before the sauce.
