Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage or pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly grease a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
  3. Spoon half of the pizza sauce into the bottom of the prepared bowl.
  4. Layer half of the cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and olives over the sauce.
  5. Top with the remaining pizza sauce.
  6. Add the remaining cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and olives.
  7. Sprinkle the top evenly with oregano and garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.
