Description
Simple baked crescent rolls filled with pepperoni and cheese for a quick snack or meal.

- 8 crescent roll dough sheets
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices over the sauce.
- Roll each triangle up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of garlic powder or Italian seasoning before baking for extra flavor.
- If you do not have mini pepperoni, you can chop regular pepperoni slices.
