Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add meatballs to the skillet in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
- These meatballs can be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes instead of pan-frying.
