Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add meatballs to the skillet in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  6. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

  • These meatballs can be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes instead of pan-frying.
