- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Stir in melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually beat in milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For a firmer crust, you can bake it for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) before adding the filling.
- You can substitute other fruit pie fillings for the cherry.
- Garnish with fresh cherries or whipped cream before serving.
