Easy and festive mini fruit pizzas perfect for holidays and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16.5 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
- Separate the biscuit dough and place each biscuit on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Brush the tops of the flattened biscuits with the lightly beaten egg white.
- Sprinkle the granulated sugar evenly over the egg white.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Let cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Once cooled, spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each biscuit base.
- Arrange the fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese to create red, white, and blue designs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use any combination of fruits you like.
- For a firmer base, you can bake the biscuit dough a few minutes longer.
- These are best served the same day they are made.
