- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the pork chops in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
