- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the glaze.
- Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For crispier wings, you can broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving, if desired.
