- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
