A simple recipe for flavorful pork chops with a sweet and savory honey butter garlic sauce.

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
- Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.
- Add dried thyme and stir.
- Return pork chops to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
