A simple recipe for a perfectly glazed ham.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Score the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
- Bake the ham according to its package directions, basting with the glaze every 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest before carving.
Notes
- For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute orange juice for pineapple juice.
