Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
