- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
